Together with the collective, we will explore strategies to enhance the imagination of each project, helping to create an organizational framework that streamlines work in the short, medium and long term. Ensuring, in short, that “what wants to be expressed is communicated correctly.” Always respecting and enhancing the unique personality of each creation.

Objectives
– Provide companies with resources to define and enhance their own world: the what, how and why of what they want to communicate to the public
– Helping creative energy materialize into concrete results, optimizing the company's overall performance
-Exhibit strategies for overcoming conflicts and disagreements
– Contribute to generating a creative method specific to each group, a work map that guides the group in future productions
– Provide the context for meeting and interacting with creators from other fields that complement the artistic needs of the project
How?
It is about five meetings with the collective where dramatic materials are analyzed, the company's intentions and objectives are reviewed and new lines of work are proposed, in a process of mutual feedback.
The frequency of these meetings can vary (weekly or monthly) depending on what stage of the process each group is in. Once these five sessions have been completed, if the team deems it necessary, new work appointments will be set.
Thinking that we will always agree on everything is a completely distorted view of the matter. However, it is common to settle into the illusion that we will function by general consensus forever and without any conflict. And it is true that everything can work well until a crucial moment in any process arrives: starting to make decisions. Deciding leads implicit the appearance of the first internal disagreements. But avoiding making decisions in order to avoid conflicts is an option that will end up collapsing the work.
